Early in his career, Mark worked for a major corporation on the west coast as a as a I.T. liaison between the finance & accounting departments and technical support. He has always had a talent for entertainment, and started his own company providing services for special events, and he and his wife along with his staff of entertainers, provided happy memories for an almost countless number of customers for over 20 years. The combination of these two experiences (corporate & entertainment business owner) make him uniquely qualified on both a technical and personal level as he brings knowledge and reliability to the realty home buying and property management table. In addition to ongoing current real estate continuing education, Mark graduated from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with his MBA in 2006 where he focused in real estate and finance. Although there was some time in between the two degrees, he also has his BBA from Terry which makes him a "Double Dawg!" Throughout his career, Mark has been a big proponent of saving for the future and understands the great value and stability that investing can bring to everyone whether an individual or a family, and one of the biggest single investments in most people's lives is their home.
When he and his wife are not working (which is not often!), they enjoy traveling to a variety of destinations that encompass some type of activity…skiing, hiking, etc. And, one of their favorite activities is eating! That’s probably why they have to stay active! When not traveling, Mark enjoys fitting in the occasional round of golf or improving his tennis game when he can attend a community tennis program.
Sarah: I was born and raised in Foster, Rhode Island, I met my high school sweetheart at the age of 15, graduated in 2004, move to Georgia in 2005 and married in 2008. I have a bachelor's degree in education and taught middle school for three years before becoming a REALTOR when I realized that working for myself was going to give me the most financial and personal freedom to be with my family. My husband and I have 5 beautiful children an dlove all animals from furry to scaled. We have lived in Gwinnett, Jackson, Barrow, and Clarke County, and have personally bought three homes and sold twice. This experience and helping MANY clients has created an expertise in real estate, focusing on clients needs and goals to provide phenomenal service.

Brandon: I was born and raised in Bull Dawg country - Athens Georgia is my home! From back roads to cities, shopping malls to coastal relaxation, state parks to race tracks - I've had 24 years to explore this beautiful state. So far, North Georgia is my favorite! My Real Estate experience ranges from half acre lots to sub-million dollar properties. I'm currently pursuing the Luxury Market and Management in the Subdivision of Land as my next adventure. Amy: I was born and raised in the northwest region of Georgia. She has spent the past couple of years living in many different areas allowing her to have a unique perspective on the state. Amy has earned over 6 years of real-life experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. With that, and her genuine desire to help others she is very excited and determined to help buyers achieve homeownership.
Will: I was born and raised in Claxton, Georgia, the "Fruit Cake Capital of the World!" It's also known for some of the largest beekeeping and poultry industries in the state. I'm a University of Georgia Alum with 7+ years of experience in customer service, and I pride myself in providing the best assistance to all my clients. My interest in being a REALTOR sparked after researching real estate investing opportunities. I then realized the great opportunities a career as a real estate agent and REALTOR could provide me and decided to obtain my license. I am very excited to provide my clients with the guidance needed to successfully purchase their dream home!
Ingle is a resilient Realtor who brings a wide variety of life and real estate experiences to the team. She was born a military brat, raised a Georgia girl. She worked in journalism after college and then began her real estate career as a licensed assistant in 2006. Working with top teams in Atlanta, Alpharetta and Gwinnett County Ingle handled hundreds of real estate transactions over the years in times of high and low markets. She has worked with million dollar estates, first time buyers and downsizing sellers as well as short sales, bank owned properties and investors. As an agent she has worked with clients in areas around metro Atlanta and into the North Georgia Mountains, moving to the Athens area after renovating, creating and selling a mid-term rental property in Habersham county. Those experiences allow Ingle to guide clients through the exciting process of property ownership with confidence and care.

Nikki was born and raised in the small town of Comer, GA . My family bleeds Red and Black. Go Dawgs! I spent my days growing up in this area and enjoying the peace of small town living and the fun of being close to a college town. My husband, son, and I are avid cooking enthusiasts as well as animal lovers. Our home is full of love and craziness with our 4 adopted dogs: Jameson, Stetson, Molly, and Spot. I have worked within the medical field and property management bringing my customer experience to over 15 years. I have always been an advocate for my clients and work hard to make sure they obtain the results they are wanting. I have now added Real Estate Agent to my list of professional qualifications. Wendy: I was born and raised in the Athens area and am excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate. I have a natural propensity for customer service with 15 years sales experience in the roofing industry. Kristine: A native of California & graduate of CSU, Chico, Mark and I met as summer interns during our early years in corporate America. Now I handle the accounting for the business, flip” homes on the side; and oversee our Property Management division. When Mark and I are not helping others with their real estate objectives (which is not often!), we enjoy traveling to a variety of destinations that encompass some type of activity...skiing, hiking, etc. And, one of our favorite activities is eating! Beth: A Georgia Native and a University of Georgia graduate I have a heart for Athens. After graduating from UGA I built my first house in Athens and stayed in the Classic City for years as a pharmaceutical rep. Upon meeting my husband, whose hobby was real estate, we have since bought and sold numerous times. Upon all the moving I began to enjoy all the details that went on behind the scenes with a purchase and sale. Fast forward a decade and I am still enjoying the details and assisting agents and buyer/sellers to get to the closing table. My area expands from Athens, Georgia to Auburn, Alabama and each agent and team I work with is a pleasure to serve.
When I am not coordinating contracts, I am busy with two kids that have all their various sports and activities. We enjoy great food and travel and time together. Although we reside in Auburn, Alabama and we are a house divided, on Saturdays you can hear me yell, Go Dawgs!
Jennifer: Born and raised in Tampa, FL and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Education. She also posts our listings and open houses to various social media platforms.
