Mark, has handled my property management since 2013 with great success (good end of the month transaction reporting, detailed reports monthly and annual reports for tax accounting, good followup with tenants when there is a problem), and always concerned that he is meeting my needs. Highly professional property manager with an high quality bookkeeping system. Mark found an ideal tenant that he secured with a two-year lease. The tenant was outstanding and left our property spotless when she moved out. This attests to Mark excellent tenant screening process. If we are in the position of needing to hire a property manager again, we will definitely contact Mark.

Wow! I used Mark to purchase a home for both of my daughters. I recall travelling to Athens to visit our daughters and there were two homes we spotted and wanted to see right before we headed back to Washington DC. We knew it was at the last minute, and Mark mentioned it may be tough to make an appointment with only a few hours notice but he made it happen. Mark did an awesome job! I'm new to Athens, and this is the first home I've ever bought. I met mark when I was rental shopping a few months ago, but we stayed in contact as I was interested in buying a home down the road. He kept me updated on the latest sales and postings in the areas I was interested, that were within my price range. He gave me detailed advice and insights on any house I looked at, and was always prompt. Mark is not afraid to tell you not to buy a certain home if he thinks it's not right for you or a bad deal, he did this on several occasions for us. He wants you to get the right home, and isn't just out to make as many commissions as possible. Mark always texts or calls back within usually an hour.
Anyway, he helped us find something even better than what we expected, for a lower price than we had anticipated paying. One of the best, and most surprising things, about Mark is the follow through. He didn't sell the home and then let us go. He has stayed with us after the sale and help us new home buyers settle in and figure things out. He has helped us find plumbers, maintenance folks, a roofer, insurance, etc.

Mark was so professional and helpful right from the start including long phone conversations answering all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and well researched in his trade. Mark is a super nice guy...and this man is a mover and a shaker...I tried to sell my own house for several months ...what a pain ...I listed it with Mark and we sold it in 4 weeks....If you want someone who is going to give your listing all of his attention...Mark is your man....I am sure he texted me at least every other day and was always doing something somewhere to make my listing stand out and be noticed.
